Juice fasting is both a body detox method and colon cleanse remedies which involves you consuming organic raw vegetables and fruit juices only for a short period of time.

When on a detox juice fasting diet you can have almost any fruit or vegetable that you want as long as you eat it raw. Vegetables which are particularly good for consuming during fasting are tomatoes, cucumbers, celery and carrots. It is also recommended that you dilute the juice you are drinking with water. You should dilute 1 part water to 1 part juice and it is important that you only use filtered water for this process.
