Apple Cider Vinegar Health Benefits and Cure

Apple cider vinegar health benefits are plenty and apple cider vinegar cure several symptoms too naturally too.

Combat sore throat.  A gargle made from 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar in half glass of water  every 4 hours proves to be a great relief for sore throat – be it bacterial or viral infection.  Spit out solution after gargling and rinse the mouth with clean water.  Even in good health, use apple cider vinegar to gargle once or twice a week helps remove the body toxins that is being eliminated through the throat

Relieve headaches, sinus, asthma, and flu by vapourization method.  In a small pan mix 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and 1 cup of distilled water.  Bring mixture to boil.  When fumes begin to rise, turn heat off, put towel over your head and lean over, taking dee breathes of the vapour.

Helps tone and maintain healthy skin.  When diluted with water 50/50, apple cider vinegar is often used as a toner for the face.  Please exercise caution to avoid eyes areas.  In case of blemishes and acne, steam your face as in the vaporizations method.  Then put Bapple cider vinegar on the skin with a cotton ball to remove the loosened dirt.  It closes pores and tones skin.  Repeat steaming and cleansing twice, then pat on chilled apple cider vinegar diluted with an equal amount of distilled water.  Steam and clean 102 times weekly.

Soothes sunburn.  A bath of apple cider vinegar is said to reduce the effects of sunburn.  The vinegar soaked on a cloth and applied to sunburn may also be used.

Soothes skin rashes and irritated skin. 
LIghtly pat the skin with apple cider vinegar and leave it on for a while.

Helps treat dandruff. Apple cider vinegar helps treat dandruff as it destroys the fungus Malassezia furfur and restores the pH balance of the scalp.  Either applying a 50/50 mixture of water and apple cider vinegar to the scalp, and leaving it to dry, or soaking a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar, applying it directly to the scalp.  Leave it on for an hour or two before rinsing.

Helps prevent itching and baldnesss.

Treatment for warts.  Soak the affected area for 20 minutes per day in a 50/50 mixture of apple cider vinegar.

Treat eczema.  Applying apple cider vinegar direct to the skin helps curb the itchiness and thus reducing the scratching and flare-up.

, sore muscles by relaxing in a warm tub with some apple cider vinegar added to the water.

Helps the body get rid off excess fat by using one part of pure virgin olive oil to two parts of apple cider vinegar and massaging the mixture over fat areas at least 3 times weekly.

Helps bladder infection. 
Sit in a tub of warm water to which 1 cup of apple cider vinegar is added.  Repeat 1-2 times daily.

Candida Yeast Treatment.  Although there are different factors influencing the formation of candida yeast, diet as well as intake of antibiotics must be looked at when you experience such episode of candida flare up, since the yeast balance in your body can be thrown out of sync by these 2 factors.  A cheap, effective alternative is by douching twice a day with a solution of apple cider vinegar until the symptoms disappear.  The solution is made from 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to a quart of lukewarm water – this solution will assist in restoring the acid balance.
